Nourish By Serena was founded by Italian chef Serena Donzelli, a former Le Cordon Bleu instructor with a lifelong devotion to technique and flavor. Serena has had experience across London, Paris, Beijing, and Shanghai, including executive pastry chef roles with Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Kempinski.

Originally trained as a pastry chef, Serena brings a refined approach to flavor, balance, and execution. Today, she combines classical technique with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and nutritionally balanced cooking.
